You may initiate deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. It may remove your profile, conversations, diary information, uploaded material, integration records, and other information associated with your account, subject to limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

For the current alpha release, send the request from the email address connected to your LI account. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion is completed.

First try account recovery. If that is not possible, contact privacy@lifestyleintegration.ai and describe the account information you can safely provide for verification. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive medical documents by email.
