Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the Lifestyle Integration service operated by Lifestyle Integration, LLC.
Eligibility and acceptance
Account access is currently by invitation. Adults must be at least 18 years old to create an LI account. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage an account for a youth participant where LI offers that experience. The responsible adult must authorize and supervise the youth participant's use. By creating or managing an account or using LI, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
The service
LI organizes user-authorized personal context into conversational reflection, planning support, and goal-aware guidance. Features may change as the service develops, and alpha or prerelease features may be incomplete or unavailable.
Not medical care
LI is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional judgment. LI does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Seek qualified professional care for medical concerns and contact emergency services when appropriate.
AI-generated information
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using LI. Do not rely on LI for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LI the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, and present that content for operating and improving the services you request.
Connected services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize LI to access only the supported information you elect to connect. Availability and accuracy of third-party information are outside LI’s control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LI, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. You may stop using LI and request account deletion at any time.
Intellectual property
LI’s software, names, designs, interfaces, methods, and other service materials remain the property of Lifestyle Integration, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of LI intellectual property.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, LI is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Liability limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
