Lifestyle Integration is built around a simple premise: personal context should be handled with care, clarity, and user control.
Who we are
Lifestyle Integration, LLC (“LI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Lifestyle Integration service. Questions about this policy or your information may be directed to privacy@lifestyleintegration.ai.
Information you provide
If you join the early access waitlist, we collect your name and email to contact you about access. If you receive access, you may provide account and profile information, conversations, daily reflections, goals, calendar information, uploaded files, diary entries, and other information you choose to include.
Connected information
When you authorize a supported integration, LI may receive selected calendar, fitness, sleep, activity, body-measurement, or other lifestyle information from that source. LI does not connect a source without your authorization. Available integrations and the information they provide vary by platform and may change over time.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure LI, maintain your account, provide conversational reflection and goal-aware guidance, preserve the history you ask us to retain, support integrations, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.
Artificial intelligence
LI uses artificial-intelligence services to interpret user-authorized context and generate dialogue or guidance. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be evaluated in context. We distinguish source information from LI-generated interpretation wherever reasonably possible.
Service providers
LI relies on service providers for infrastructure, authentication, data storage, application hosting, and AI processing. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services, subject to their applicable agreements and safeguards.
Health and wellness information
Health-adjacent and wellness information is used to provide the LI features you request. LI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist contact information while managing early access; you may request removal by emailing privacy@lifestyleintegration.ai. We retain account information and user-selected context while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may initiate account deletion through our account-deletion page.
Your choices
You can choose what to submit, decline optional connections, disconnect supported integrations, request access or correction, and request deletion of your account. Some features may not function without the context they require.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children and youth participants
LI is being designed to support youth, including young athletes, through parent- or legal-guardian-managed experiences. The public early access waitlist is limited to adults age 18 and older; account access is by invitation. Where youth participation is offered, the responsible adult must create or manage the account, authorize the information provided or connected, and supervise the young person's use of LI. We do not knowingly permit children to create independent public accounts.
Changes
We may update this policy as LI develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
